The day also took place during Customer Service Week, which focused on Moments of Truth®, something we feel so passionate about, we trademarked it!

During the event, over 200 CX leaders came together to celebrate, share and learn, exploring topics like:

  • How to make feedback fun
  • Gamifying the employee experience
  • Innovating around customer experience
  • How to tap into you inner child to create great customer experiences
  • How to ensure your Voice of your Brand comes through in your Voice of the Customer programme
