Wave goodbye to stuffy corporate conferences, our event 'Putting the Soul Back into CX' was all about the role of emotion and the importance of people-to-people interactions in Customer Experience.

Are you ready to put the soul back into CX?

On Thursday 27th April at East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf, we explored the role that emotion plays in Customer Experience and the importance of people to people interactions.

We brought together senior execs from across industries for a day full of inspirational speakers and networking (as well as some great food and music to feed our soul!).

Headline Acts

What is an event without amazing speakers? Our headliners for the day were:

  • Jeremy Tipper, Managing Director, Talent Collective

  • Nigel Risner, Motivational Speaker

  • Fiona Briggs, Editor, The Retail Times

  • Amanda Reynolds, Customer Service Director, Affinity Water

  • Paul Instrell, Sales & Marketing Director, Calor

The Raver Stage

Back by popular demand, our product team starred Hardeep, JK and David who were on hand to taking attendees through our latest innovations, including the world’s first customer feedback integration for Amazon Alexa! From discussing the Rant & Rave Platform, bright ideas for the future and answering those nagging questions, we went through it all on the day.

The Location

Nestled amongst the iconic towers of Canary Wharf, East Wintergarden is a venue right in the heart of London’s most celebrated estate. Designed by the internationally-renowned architect César Pelli, this architecturally-striking domed glass hall enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding skyline.
